1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Sunemile website and the purchase of products offered through it. They apply to all visitors, users, and customers. By browsing the Site or completing a purchase, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Sunemile.

The contract is between Sunemile (the "Seller") and the individual or entity placing an order (the "Customer" or "you"). By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf or are duly authorized to act on behalf of a business.
3. Eligibility
To use this Site and place orders, you must:

Sunemile does not offer products or services to customers located in regions subject to international trade sanctions or export restrictions, including but not limited to:

- Belarus
- Iran
- North Korea
- Cuba
- Syria
- The Crimea region
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, any such restricted region. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates this restriction.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
7. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the Site are in USD. The total price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
9. Payment Methods

Payment is charged at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.
10. Billing
By providing payment information, you authorize Sunemile to charge the total amount due, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
11. How to Place an Order
To place an order:

- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details;
- Review your order summary and confirm your purchase;
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement.
12. Contract Formation
A binding contract between you and Sunemile is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order. Prior to this, no contract exists.
13. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized use;
- Pricing errors on the Site;
- Product unavailability;
- Orders from restricted regions.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
14. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal (such as the European Union or United Kingdom), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at info@sunemile.com before the 14-day period expires. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Submit a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with your order or our service, please contact us at info@sunemile.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them fairly and promptly.
Consumer Rights — Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
If a product you receive is defective, damaged, or does not conform to its description, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Repair, Replacement, or Refund
Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement: We will send a new item at no cost to you;
- Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method;
- Repair: Where applicable and agreed upon.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sunemile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
21. Force Majeure
Sunemile shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, carrier disruptions, or internet outages.
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you're an EU consumer, you may bring proceedings either in your own country of residence or in Romania, at your choice — this doesn't affect any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live.
23. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at info@sunemile.com to resolve any dispute amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may also seek assistance from an accredited alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your jurisdiction.
24. Privacy Policy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
